Here is what happened:
I was listening to dublab the other night * always do*, the Chris Ziegler show, and all of a sudden-bam!–a band exploded in my ears, in my room, in my universe. Shazam next step. And here we are – 7th station metro the song, Test the band.
Test. And approved, that is. The trio from L.A (Blake Stokes, vocals, guitar, Wayne Meza bass-the two from Houston-and drummer Morgan Ponder) come with a fiery passionate punk rock (name it as you like) with the solid 70s sparkle *the one that really mattered, I think* and the unstoppable garage rock wind blowing from their hearts.
#nice to know this too: that they used to live and make music in Vernon LA which is, that’s right!, the place of True Detective season II. That’s true, detectives.
